We provide website design, web development, digital marketing, domain and hosting services. The exact scope, timeline and price of every project are confirmed in a written quote or proposal before work begins. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver on time, we need timely access to content, images, logos, login details and feedback. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery timeline. You confirm that all content you supply is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
4. Payments
Payment terms (advance, milestones and balance) are stated in your quote or invoice. Work may be paused if a payment due is outstanding. Accepted payment methods are listed on our Payment Mode page.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
On full payment, you own the final design and content delivered for your project. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and frameworks, and may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Third-Party Services
Some projects rely on third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins and advertising platforms. Their own terms and fees apply, and we are not responsible for changes or outages on their side.
7. Marketing Results
Search engine and advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition and budget. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales figures.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sparrow Eye is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or data, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.
